As Lead Web Designer for Torrid, I owned the end-to-end digital experience across website, email marketing, and campaign assets—delivering daily updates, seasonal launches, and multi-channel creative for a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Enhancing User Experience to Increase Conversion

I initiated key UX and visual improvements across the site and email ecosystem, refining layout, imagery, and content hierarchy to create a more intuitive and engaging shopping experience.

Impact

These optimizations contributed to a substantial increase in performance, with the e-commerce business seeing near double growth in both sales and conversion during this period.
